The Vocational Skills Training Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to empower poor women, men, school dropouts, and idle youths with the skills and knowledge necessary to secure meaningful employment or start their own businesses. The Literacy and Numeracy Training Program offers illiterate men and women, as well as rural dwellers, training in literacy and numeracy skills, promoting education and empowerment. 5.Life Skills and Agricultural Training Programs
Our other training programs focus on life skills and personal development, as well as agricultural and livestock production. The Life Skills and Personal Development Training Program provides poor women, men, and youths with training in essential life skills such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving, promoting personal growth, confidence, and self-esteem. Meanwhile, the Agricultural and Livestock Training Program offers rural dwellers, poor women, and youths training in agricultural and livestock production, promoting food security, income generation, and sustainable livelihoods. These programs work together to create a comprehensive approach to empowerment and development.
