We envision a region where people can live with dignity, young people can fulfil their potential, women can participate fully in economic and community life, businesses can grow, farmers can prosper, and every community can benefit from quality education, healthcare, infrastructure and sustainable economic opportunities.

It is a vision of a united and self-reliant region whose people take responsibility for its progress and work collectively to build a future worthy of generations to come.

Our Mission

To mobilise people, partnerships, knowledge and investment to design and deliver sustainable, community-driven initiatives that improve lives, strengthen communities and accelerate the social and economic development of Southeast Nigeria.

We pursue this mission by:

Empowering People

Providing women, young people, entrepreneurs, farmers and vulnerable members of society with education, vocational training, digital skills, mentorship, resources and opportunities that enable them to become productive, independent and self-reliant.

Expanding Access to Essential Services

Supporting initiatives that improve access to quality education, healthcare, clean water, sanitation, community facilities and other essential services required for people to live healthy and dignified lives.

Creating Economic Opportunities

Promoting entrepreneurship, agriculture, innovation, skills development, financial inclusion and responsible investment to create employment, strengthen local businesses and build sustainable sources of income and wealth.

Supporting Sustainable Infrastructure

Encouraging and facilitating the development of roads, bridges, community centres, schools, healthcare facilities, recreational spaces, tourism destinations and other infrastructure that improves quality of life and supports economic growth.

Working with local leaders, community organisations and residents to identify their most important needs and develop practical solutions that reflect their realities, priorities and aspirations.

Promoting Responsible Citizenship

Advancing reorientation, civic responsibility, character development, responsible leadership and community ownership so that citizens actively protect public infrastructure, preserve community assets and contribute to the region’s development.

Building Peace, Unity and Social Inclusion

Promoting cooperation, mutual respect, dialogue and peaceful coexistence across communities while ensuring that development opportunities reach women, young people, rural communities and vulnerable populations.
